Terms of Use (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using any mobile application ("App") provided by hm/labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, hm/labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a single Apple-branded device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App
• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, make derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of hm/labs
• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

3. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by hm/labs and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time. We may also update the App to add or remove features. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any updates or support for the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. hm/labs expressly disclaims all warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall hm/labs be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or hm/labs. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
